What is AIFO India’s refund policy?

All donations made to AIFO India are strictly non-refundable or transferable. If you feel that the donations made by you have not been utilized for the purpose you have intended, you must bring it to the notice of the board of trustees and action will be taken based on a common decision by the board of trustees.

Are donations to AIFO India tax deductible?

Donations made by resident Indians residing within India are eligible for tax u/s 80G (5) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Our registration number: 117/IV/290/98-1999/JNR/BLR and was registered on April 10th, 1998 in Bangalore, India.
